Provide our Clients with web design, graphic design, maintenance support and other internet related services. All services provided by Kimberley Dall (Kimsgrfx.com, Kimsgraphics.com, kimsgraphics.net, kimberleysgrfx.com, kimberleysgraphics.com), may be used for lawful purposes only.

1) Provide banner or link back to kimsgraphics and/or a statement of acknowledgment of kimsgraphics for creation of graphic(s) or hosting of web site.

2) Client(s) shall NOT alter/change or distort graphic(s) made by kimsgraphics in anyway. Such as cutting the set or graphics to make other graphics.

3) kimsgraphicss signature tags will not be offered in any yahoo group/email group or any other signature tag group/email group unless by owner (Kimberley Dall).

kimsgraphics does not share customer information to include name, address, phone, cell phone number, email, or postal mail address with anyone unless otherwise given permission to do so. kimsgraphics will post name of company on it's website to promote graphic(s) created for said company thus providing free adsverstising for said company. It is not our policy to solicit in any way shape or form.

Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new, sale items, to acknowledge information on orders received, and or correspondance with customers on orders received/shipped.

All payments shall be made to Above & Beyond Engineering by way of Paypal or Money Orders. We do not except personal/business checks.

Clients will pay for service first then receive the service.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received or that was done. You may contact us for an assesment or 1 free upgrade. Anything above the 1 free upgrade warrents a service fee and or a new graphics fee.

*We also agree to help you in anyway possible to get your site up and running. This includes: HTML codes, fonts and tables.
